Ramona Powell-Poole

Ramona Powell-Poole has been writing and delivering inspirational messages since the early '80s.  She is a Sunday School teacher and has taught all class levels from Primary to Adults in her local church in both Tallahassee and the Tampa Bay area; currently serving as a youth advisor and youth teacher at Mt. Bethlehem P.B. Church, under the leadership of Elder Solomon Williams.  She has used her upbringing in a Christian home to help channel her love for Christ and her desire to be an inspiration to all.

Ramona has participated on many Women's Day and Matrons programs as a guest speaker.  She directs the youth Easter/Christmas programs and skits, and also assists with the youth choir.  Her favorite skit was the visit from Mother Nellie Claus.  Her goal is to show young people that they can be a young Christian and have fun too.   With an  educational background in computer science and her human resources training, she has the ability to think out of the box and  be the voice for those seeking better opportunities.

Relocating back to Tallahassee in 2000 to be the primary caregiver for both parents who suffered from Alzheimer's, gave her a renewed spirit,  an opportunity to get back into her writing, and a desire to get closer to God.  "Sometimes we go through things to strengthen our faith and to be a testiment to others."  She loves sharing her life experiences to show that no matter what life throws at you, you can overcome and prevail.
